Refund Policy – GYM RX

At GYM RX, we provide a membership-based medical service designed to offer direct, high-quality healthcare without the hassle of insurance. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and membership fees, medical consultations, and treatments are non-refundable.

Membership Cancellations & Refunds

  • Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis and are non-refundable once processed.

  • If you cancel your membership, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.

Billing Errors & Disputes

  • If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must notify us in writing at [contact email] within 14 days of the transaction.

  • Refunds or adjustments will only be granted in cases of billing errors or administrative oversights.

Insurance Disclaimer

  • GymRx does not accept insurance or Medicare/Medicaid for any services.

  • Insurance denials or reimbursement issues do not qualify for refunds under any circumstance.

Special Circumstances

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or failure to use services.

  • Early termination requests due to death, relocation, or other exceptional cases will be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
