01 Book your Discovery Call and Complete 1st round of Labwork
Schedule your first appointment through our website, and we'll send you an intake form to complete beforehand. This is a 20-minute virtual discovery call where we'll discuss your personal performance and health goals, how GYM RX can help you achieve them, and arrange your initial nutritional evaluation labs. We will also schedule your first in person Blueprint Appointment.
02 Vitality Blueprint™ Appointment (in person)
Your initial in-person appointment is where we’ll share your Vitality Blueprint™ and provide you with actionable steps to help you start working toward your goals using the GYM RX framework. During this visit, we’ll review membership options, go over your GYM RX 30-day Foundation Strategies Playbook™, complete our proprietary Functional Fitness Assessment, and perform Comprehensive lab work to check your hormones and metabolic status. This appointment is designed to set you up for success with a clear, personalized path forward whether you decide to become a member or not. You will also receive a premium supplement gift worth over $150 at this appointment, so you can dive right into new habits.
03 Better Everyday Protocol™
Once we receive all of your lab results, we’ll create a custom plan based on your unique biomarker profile. Your personalized Better Everyday Protocol™ will include one prescription medication for the duration of your membership such as GLP-1s, peptides, supplements, or bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to support your goals depending on what we decide together.
04 Ongoing, Proactive Support
Your journey doesn’t end with a care plan—it’s just the beginning. Through regular monthly follow-ups, we’ll monitor your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and keep you on track to reach your goals. These visits include fitness plan updates, medication or peptide adjustments, body composition tracking, and ongoing support for your nutrition and lifestyle.
