You're not joining a clinic. You're stepping into a system built to help you perform, feel, and live better - every single month.

How it works. Step by step.

Step 1: Book Your Discovery Call

Your first step is a 1-on-1 visit with a licensed GYM RX provider.

We’ll review your goals, discuss any symptoms or lab history, and see if you're a fit for one of our programs.

Spots are limited. Only a select number of new clients are accepted each month.

Step 2: Choose Your Program

If we’re a fit, you’ll choose one of our exclusive membership/program tiers — each designed for different levels of commitment and results.

Read more about our membership programs here

Each tier has limited availability. We only onboard new members after a Discovery Call.

The Power of the Whole-Body Approach

Most healthcare systems focus on reactive care, treating symptoms as they appear rather than addressing the root causes of performance decline, metabolic dysfunction, and aging. GYM RX flips that approach by combining personalized medicine, fitness-based therapies, and lifestyle optimization to create a proactive, data-driven system for long-term health.
